At first I didn't get it but then I got it - nice!
i do not understand the connection
It was quite interesting once I realized the path I chose was the path I had to take.
While the gameplay loop was about planning and then executing, it felt lacking. The idea was taken a bit too literally.
didnt get that there was planing phase
I cant really plan anything in the game ijust have to pick one or the other.
I see it but i have to think about it
not the first thing that pops into mind thats for sure
You can't actually really plan much yourself.
I planned and then executed hahah
Enjoyment
Pretty nice that your text adventure choices affect your 3D FPS gameplay. It's weird that the VHS filter lasts even after you use the computer.
Would like it to be longer
For the first few times it was cool. Then I started to want to have more effect on what will happen in the future, other than just selecting the path.
Went into the game and was presented with a bunch of text that I first skipped through. I want to see gameplay, not be bogged down by reading some narrative that I will forget in the next 5 minutes.
skipped reading part and had to restart
As soon as it was getting better it ended
Liked it, was scared
The theme and ambiance really made me want to keep continue playing the game. I did feel a little bit let down by the endings. They really wore down the enjoyment of replayings. Would've loved to get a small jumpscare
Aesthetics
Strongest point of the game. Love the atmosphere. It's weird that the VHS filter still stayed after the computer part was done. The narrative style is good, but perhaps a bit too thick for many.
Very very good!
I liked the old tech tech vision thingy.
set the mood
Game with these old PS1 asthetics are gettingmore and more popular and making a horror/mistery themed game fits it.
Looks nice
reminds me of Puppet Combo
The planning phase art was interesting.
Really nice style! Really enjoyed the old-PS1-timey graphics
Innovation
Again, I like it that there are two parts that affect each other.
Definitely an interesting approach. I have seen something similar before though.
A game that throws a bunch of text at you and then you move through some building. Not anything new.
I have seen a lot of these types of games an dim not even looking for them.
Definitely if you were to add more features and story, would end up a great game
Would be interested for the full story and game!
Really didn't expect a horror game to come out from this theme (and a pretty nice one at that)so I was really surprised. Though the execution felt like a lot of other small 10 minute horror games to me
Bonus
At least leave controls or better visual feedback that the gameplay changes after you have made your choices at the computer.
Cute
I really liked the aesthetics
i like style and art
Making these old PS1 shaders/filters for a game takes some time so bonus points for that.
Maybe i am biased because i love Puppet Combo, but loved the animations, filters, sounds, all good.
I really did love the style! so extra points for that! :D
