What does a grandma have to do to get her grandchildren to visit more? Get some money and buy candy of course!
Can our favourite grandma keep her new job as a carpet cleaner and finally see her dear grandchildren? Only one way to find out...
---
How to play:
Click when the paddle is on green to beat the carpet!
Cover the carpet with soap!
Wash off the soap!
Connect the loops fix to fix the holes!
Try to clean as many carpets as possible to not get fired!
Theme
Pretty much spot on
The patterns are in the game but don't feel like a main gameplay point.
Carpets have patterns, yeah...
hitting the carpet to the beat and fixing holes where you have to follow a pattern. Other than that, not much related.
Yes.
it had a carpet
Enjoyment
LOVE IT the way music goes faster with less time left is so cool
its just very fun and simple gameplay loop with a comic theme. i realy liked that
Very exhilarating gameplay!
It's fine for the first couple loops but after 3 times doing all the tasks, it got very repetitive and boring.
Beating of the carpet would have been nice to been on the beat of the music. I also didn´t understand, that I have to click the next stage button. Would have been better, if it changed itself once I was done.
It feels more like working than a game. I think you should have more time to click or it should go faster later.
Once I get hang of it, it's pretty nice.
good loop
Not sure if the whole green area worked. Even if it seemed to be in a green area, the hit was missed.
The first minigame could be a bit more responsive.
Aesthetics
Wonderful artstyle incorporating low-poly stuff, good dynamic music elevating gameplay
The animations are quite good and looks good. Story is fine.
Liked how unhinged the grandmother looked.
Sound is cool
The soap lagged the game at the first time. Almost thought it crashed!
the 8-bit style is sweet af, especially mixed with the PS2 era graphics. Also the sound design on crazy good
Some dissonance between resolution and style of different objects. Texts were hard to read, too pixelated.
great visuals
Innovation
Not really novel, but an interesting approach that has a lot of variation and feels satisfying
Feels like doing minigames/chores that are designed to be a part of something bigger but there's too little of them to keep the game interesting and there's no bigger goal to have the minigames be a part of
I guess that's interesting...
Nothing new, gameplay-wise
Bonus
nice voicelines :)
bonus for babushka==)))
I really liked the game !! I think without timer it would be way more enjoyable tho :D
Game feels so polished!
Very Estonian old music :D
peak
Funny
What's with the gray screen that pops up when the time is up?
Music makes it a game worth remembering
Beside the cons, the whole experience music, grandmas face etc, there is something.
smooth menus
