Yes, you use the patterns to differentiate between the platforms, but honestly, the game works without them also.

Enjoyment
Unreal Engine builds are generally a pain to run on linux... Couldn't play the game after the intro !
Scope was bit too much for a jam. It was struggle to get through menus and platforming part is slightly too unplayable. 1,2,3 keys didn't appear to have any observable effect.

It seems unfinished because the controls for 1/2/3 don't do anything? Also the choice of movement with WASD and 1/2/3 feels a bit clunky
You just jump forward. Also fighting with the camera really made it hard to enjoy. Also, when I reached the final collumn, the game showed the "congratulations" screen, however due to the screen, my character fell into the water, meaning that I had to restart. Also also, trying to run it in linux is a headache.

Very nice intro, the music is great !!
The intro is nicely drawn, but the gameplay itself is not quite interesting
The camera movement is kinda jank but I understand that this way the playter knows what way to go. Music is also really nice.
