The game is about a girl called Marcy. She's the most positive girl in the world.. actually.. the most positive. Her unconventional superpower is to deattach the head, as a weapon to make others happy in this nowaday grey world.
Theme is represented more through added story/worldbuilding and less through mechanics
eeeh I guess there's timetravel?
It did make me laugh. I guess it does fit the pro gamejam theme too.
game auto-played itself. It looked like a tiem travel game i guess.
time travel things related i guess
Enjoyment
There is very little feedback on how much damage or health the enemies or your "troops" have, making it very hard to come up with a strategy other than just winning or losing by brute force or luck.
Lacks music, could have been really fun with sound. Played it to the end which must mean it was enjoyable. Obviously missing some features though (Tower shooting upgrades, different units)
A lot of bugs that take away from the gameplay.
Felt nice, sad that the bug kind of disrupts trying again. But i did not want to stop wanted to go to the past + the art looked really good!
it's really good but it stopped at the last level for some reason
there wasn not much to do.
also broke the game when pressing buttons (went between different scene background and a lot of enemies spawned)
pretty boring, also the game breaks on the 2nd lvl
* Had a fare number of unexpected behaviours where UI would not display/tutorial ink seem to not work, but after pressing it it was present in the main game(?)
* Like the mechanics setup of the game
* Would like to have more information about how the players and enemy forces interact, how many do you need etc
Doesn't work.
kind of boring tbh
Only interaction I figured out was adding the soldier
The funniest thing was the UI.
Didn't even get to play the game. Most of the dialogue was clipped by the text box, game just played itself seemingly? I want my time back.
what was i supposed to do in the game? i could not see half the words tiksu was saying and there was nothing else to do! even the main menu started to play the game on its own
Aesthetics
The art is okay, no sound though.
Environment art stood out
I like the visuals of it
Pixel art is nice but the choice of colors results in bad contrast between game objects.
Real good
visuals were great
very very good art. it looks amazing
cute art, wish it had some kind of audio dou.
The text is not entirely in the textbox
* No audio?
Good visually. No sound :(
It's pretty good. It looks consistent. Animations could've had a few more frames.
Lack of sound
Nothing new, nor really too cohesive. Reminded me a Y8.com game.
art looks cool tho
Innovation
Very similar to the flash game Age of War, but it was a fun variation.
Interesting approach with the realistic old backgrounds
basic bonk game
Same simple tower defense game.
maybe if i could actually play the game I would know what was innovative about it
Bonus
nice backround
The art looks amazing
Pritty backgrounds + portal
the idea of different eras is cool
good art
Dies too fast because the dialogue is too long and the enemy is at ur doorstep
Randomized UI - no matter what button you press, it usually won't do what you wanted to. I
